ADDS ANOTHER NEW YEAR HOLIDAY, NOT AGREE WITH SET'S
BEC World Plc (BEC) announced December 30, 1996 as its New Year's Eve
holiday, which does not agree with holiday of the Stock Exchange of
Thailand.
