(Translation) August 10, 2010 Re: Report on the Board of Directors' resolution on interim dividend payment To: President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand The meeting of our Board of Directors, held this afternoon, has passed a resolution which approved the interim dividend payment for 2,000,000,000 ordinary shares (Two Thousand Million ordinary shares), at the rate of Baht 0.65 (Sixty Five Satang) per share for a total amount of Baht 1,300,000,000 (One Thousand and Three Hundred Million). BEC has set the record date to determine the shareholders entitlement to receive such dividend on August 26, 2010; therefore the share registration book will be closed on August 27, 2010 to compile the shareholders list pursuant to Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act.
