September 3, 2004 To: President Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: To inform the investment with Traffic Corner Holdings' subsidiary. As Traffic Corner Holdings Plc. [TRAF] has announced to the Stock Exchange of Thailand yesterday that its Board approved it to make a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with BEC-TERO Entertainment Plc. [BEC-TERO] our 60% subsidiary, to jointly operate in radio business, we are writing to inform that the management of BEC-TERO is discussing with TRAF on the issue and will make the MOU with TRAF shorthly. However, a definitive agreement of the joint operation will be made depends on results of due diligence yet to be preformed. Please be inform accordingly.
