This is to inform that Mobi (Thai) Co., Ltd., our subsidiary has increased its fully paid registered share capital from Baht 2 million to Baht 7.5 million. Mobi (Thai) Co., Ltd., is a joint venture between BECi Corporation Co.,Ltd. [BECi] our subsidiary which BEC holds 99.99% of its registered share capital and BEC-TERO Entertainment Plc. [BEC-TERO], our subsidiary which BEC holds 60% of its registered share capital, that BECi' s holding is 60.0% and BEC-TERO' s holding is 40%. Please be informed accordingly.
