BEC and Celebrities Support Chiangrai Communities Impacted by the Great Flash Flood

In September, Chiang Rai, a Province in Northern Thailand, experienced significant flash flooding due to unexpectedly heavy rainfall and storms. Some areas, especially the Mai Sai district, were severely affected, with great flash floodwaters and muds that was coming with the water. Floods were described as the worst in decades in some communities, and riverside settlements remained inundated. 
BEC celebrities visited the affected area in Mae Sai District, to support the flooded victims and join the big cleaning. BEC donated for supporting temporary community kitchen, operated by Friends in Needs (of PA) Volunteers Foundation, Thai Read Cross. While its celebrities also visited the victims in the areas that the flood started to subside to encourage them to have willpowers to fight the flood and to be able to recover their houses from the damages soon.
