August 19, 2008 Re: Report on the Board of Directors' resolution on interim dividend payment To: President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand The meeting of our Board of Directors, held this afternoon, has passed a resolution which approved the interim dividend payment for 2,000,000,000 ordinary shares (Two Thousand Million ordinary shares), at the rate of Baht 0.60 (Sixty Satang) per share for a total amount of Baht 1,200,000,000 (One Thousand and Two Hundred Million). The closing date of the Company's share register book for the right to receive this interim dividend shall be Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 12.00 hours and the payment date shall be Wednesday, September 17, 2008.
