Re: Appointment of the Audit Committee
This is to inform that our Board of Directors at the recent
meeting held on November 9, 2005 has resolved to reappoint Mr.Arun
Ngamdee - Chairman of the Audit Committee, Mr.Prathan Rangsimaporn and
Mr.Manid Boonpakob - Members of the Audit Committee, who are the present
Audit Committee whose term is about to expire on December 20, 2005
to resume as the Audit Committee for another 3 years term, effective
from December 20, 2005 to December 20, 2008.
