Ref : Our previous letter dated February 03, 2000.
This is to inform that the Board of Directors of BEC-TERO
Entertainment Co., Ltd., our 60% subsidiary, has resolved last
Friday February 18 in authorizing the Company to jointly invest
in a new company with Thai-to-Net Co.,Ltd., a subsidiary of the
Samart Corporation Plc., as per following details:-
1. New Companys name : Thaiticketmaster.Com Co.,Ltd.
2. Objective : To operate an on-line ticketing services,etc.,
3. Registered Capital: Bath 10 Million.
4. Holding Structure : BEC-Tero Entertainment Co.,Ltd. 60%,
Thai-to-Net Co.,Ltd.40%,paid-up 100%.
5. Source of Funds : The Companys working capital.
6. Expected benefits : To be a key player in on-line ticketing
services,provides customers with unique
and more convenient ways in obtaining
information, booking and buying tickets
of the events the ways which never happen
here before .
