SUBMISSION OF F/S THIRD QUARTER OF 1998 WITH EXPLANATION.

Re : Submission of financial statements for the 3rd quarter of1998
and explanation on the difference over 20 per cent from the
same period last year.
Enclosures: Financial statements for the 3rd quarter of 1998
We are sending you herewith the enclosed financial statement
of the Company and the consolidated statement of the group for the3rd quarter
of 1998 ended 30th September, 1998.
The consolidated operating results of the Company and its
subsidiaries for the 3rd quarter this year is a profit of Baht 318.4 million.
It is lower than that of the same period last year by more than 22 per cent.
This is because of our share in the loss of our associate which is more than
Baht 18 million and the drop of our sales revenues in line which the changes
of economic conditions, despite the drop is much smaller than that experienced
during the 1st half of this year.
